The Majestic Elephant Sketch
Mastering Easy Drawings is a great way to build confidence. Once you finish your sketch, you can even turn your artwork into custom coloring pages!
- The Body and Head: Start by drawing a large oval for the body. Add a slightly smaller circle overlapping the front for the head.
- The Trunk and Ears: Draw a long, curved shape extending from the face for the trunk. Add two large, floppy "C" shapes on the sides of the head for the ears.
- Legs and Tail: Draw four sturdy, thick rectangles at the bottom of the body for legs. Add a small, thin line with a tuft at the end for the tail.
- Details: Add two small circles for eyes and a curved line for the mouth. Finish by adding little semi-circles at the bottom of the legs to represent toenails.
Pro Tips:
- Use a light pencil touch first so you can easily erase mistakes.
- Don't worry about perfect lines; elephants have wrinkly skin, so a little texture adds character!
- Use a thick black marker to outline your drawing once you are happy with the shape, making it look professional.
