Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the Sign In button on the top right corner of our homepage. You can sign up using your email address, Google account, or GitHub account.
How do I generate my first drawing?
After signing in, enter a text prompt describing the drawing you want to create (e.g., 'a cute cat'), select your preferred size and style, then click Generate.
What types of drawings can I create?
Easy Drawings supports a variety of styles including simple line drawings, coloring pages, and step-by-step drawing guides. You can also convert photos into line art.
Account & Profile
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Sign In page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings page in your dashboard. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address in the Settings page of your dashboard.
Credits & Usage
How do I earn free credits?
New users receive 20 free credits upon signing up. We also offer occasional promotional credits through our newsletter and social media channels.
How many credits does each action use?
Generate uses 15 credits, Convert uses 19 credits, and Vectorize uses 15 credits per action.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits from subscriptions are valid for the duration of your billing cycle. Purchased credits do not expire.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment processor.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
